PlayWoodThings is a brand belonging to Pracownia Rękodzieła Artystycznego GACEK S.C. (Handicraft Studio GACEK S.C.) - a company that has been producing wood products since 1990. We are constantly improving our skills and knowledge of processing this noble material, as well as modernising our machinery.
We currently own:
- 6 CNC heads,
- UV printer,
- screen printing,
- three CO2 lasers (for cutting and engraving),
- marking machine,
- 3D scanner,
- fully-equipped paint shop,
- grinders for the appropriate refinement of products,
- own drying room,
- sewing room
Our team is a harmonious and creative team able to prepare a product from the design to its final stage. In addition to the above-mentioned qualities, many years of experience in and knowledge of the industry also are our strong points. The company is based in Skomielna Biała, a charming village in south Poland. Situated on the slopes of Mały Luboń, Skomielna offers peace, quiet and an excellent base for exploring the mountains. At the same time, it is a place where various highland groups meet. Such a cultural melting pot makes it possible to skilfully navigate traditional designs, mixing but also adapting them to modern times.
